Valu-net offers flat fee services to sellers that allow them to list their homes on the REALTOR® owned MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and still sell their home themselves WITHOUT paying any REALTOR® commissions. Valu-net also offers buyers the ability to receive up to 50% rebates of the Buyer Broker Commission! Valu-net Realty is a member of the Bloomington Board of REALTORS®, the Indiana Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Bob Double is the founder and Broker/Owner of Valu-net Realty. Bob founded Valu-net Realty in 2007 for the purpose of providing alternative, value-based realty services for Monroe and surrounding county residents.
