Bob entered the real estate business in 1978 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. In 1979 Bob and his family moved to Monroe County where he has lived ever since. Bob has been married to his wife, Cyndi, since 1974. Together they have 13 children and 14 grandchildren. Bob is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He is an alum of IVY Tech and Indiana University. He has been self-employed or a business owner for most of the last 40 years. He presently is 50% owner of Valu-built Construction LLC with Ernest Xi as his partner. Bob and Cyndi served as foster parents in Monroe County, caring and raising 106 children over a 22 year period. Bob presently serves as the chairman of the Missions Committee at South Union Christian Church. Bob has also served as the secretary of the board for Advancing Indigenous Missions (AIM). Bob founded Valu-net Realty in 2007 for the purpose of providing alternative, value-based realty services for Monroe and surrounding county residents. Bob’s real estate license is: RB14033262

Melissa is a lifelong resident and active community member of Monroe County. Together with her husband, Rob Fulk they have owned and operated Terrell Heating & A/C Inc since 2000. Beyond HVAC, Melissa and Rob have owned and operated MAZA, LLC., a rental company since 2003. During this venture, Melissa grew to learn and love real real estate and found a passion in the industry. In 2020, Melissa set down the path to turn that passion into a reality and successfully obtained her Indiana Brokers license. Melissa is not only knowledgeable about the area, the industry and market, but she is determined and motivated to find the fight fit for her future customers. Amie Ramsey has been a long-time resident of Monroe County. She is an active member at South Union Christian Church, where she serves on the praise team. Amie met her husband Trenton in high school and got married the summer of 1996. Together they have raised three amazing children: Zoie, Garret, and Ava. She is also the oldest daughter of Managing Broker/Owner of Valu-net Realty, Bob Double. Amie has been providing 3-D tours/photography for Valu-net Realty since 2018. She is excited to be working alongside her dad and lifelong friend Melissa Fulk as a real estate broker.
